DNSSEC
Pointing a domain that has a DS record at our nameservers carries DNSSEC over. We sign the domain’s zone and publish its DS record beside the old one before the nameservers change, then remove the old one. Pointing a domain on our nameservers elsewhere takes our DS record off the registry first, since it can’t match the new provider’s keys; add theirs once the move is done. If the DS can’t be carried over or taken off, the nameservers aren’t changed and the call answers 400 with the reason.
