Transfer Domain

POST /domains/transfer
Starts a transfer in, for one year, and charges the client’s credit balance. 400 when the name isn’t valid, its extension isn’t offered or has no transfer price, or it’s already in an account with us (whoever holds it can push it to you); 402 when the balance is too low (same body as Register Domain). If the registrar doesn’t accept the request straight away, the domain comes back pending instead of pending_transfer.
