Take Snapshot

POST /crates/{handle}/snapshots
Takes a snapshot now and returns it. Snapshots use the crate’s space. The plan’s snapshot limit covers scheduled and manual ones together, so a manual snapshot needs room beside what the schedules keep (400 when there’s none).
