CraneMail is for business and personal email, plus light transactional mail like signups, password resets, and order notifications. Marketing blasts and bulk mail are not allowed on any plan, even double opt-in. Sending is capped at 600 emails per hour, per domain to outside recipients. Need more? Ask once you have some history with us.

No - we do not allow marketing emails or any kind of bulk mail, even double opt-in. CraneMail is for business/personal mail and light transactional mail (signups, password resets, order notifications).
Yes! Our demo server is a real CraneMail install, credentials pre-filled. Some features like sending are disabled to prevent abuse.
No - lifetime plans are non-refundable per our terms of service. Do not start with a lifetime plan unless you're absolutely committed to this relationship.
Yes. Enter your current provider's server details in the Mailbox Migration wizard and it copies everything over via IMAP. If you get stuck, support finishes the job.
Currently 600 per hour, per domain, to external recipients. If you're sending legitimate mail and bumping into that ceiling, ticket support and ask for an increase. We raise limits case-by-case once there's some account history.
Lifetime plans are a one-time payment, no monthly or annual fee after. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the business.
Funds raised go toward capital expenditures (hardware, drives) and keeping the service healthy long term.
Per our terms of service they are not eligible for refunds of any sort, so if that kind of commitment makes you uncomfortable, stick to monthly/annual.
Yes, upgrade or stack lifetime plans anytime, at whatever current pricing is (it rises slowly as plans sell, so most likely higher than your original order).
Within your first 30 days of a standard plan you can also ticket Sales to convert to Lifetime; we invoice the difference.
No. Reseller support overhead makes one-time pricing unsustainable. Longer billing cycles (annual/biennial/triennial) get discounts, which is the better way to save on a reseller plan.
Listed plans top out at 10TB, but bigger is doable. Ticket sales with your storage needs and they'll price it and generate the order.
