No, marketing and bulk email is prohibited. CraneMail is designed for transactional and personal business communication only. There's a limit of 600 emails/hour per domain.

No, lifetime plans are non-refundable. However, you can upgrade to a larger plan within 30 days of purchase by paying the difference.
Yes! We offer mailbox migration assistance to help you move your existing emails to CraneMail. Contact our support team after signing up.
Our current limit is 600 emails per hour, per domain, to external senders. If you are sending legitimate mail and bumping into this limit you can ticket our support department to request an increase. We evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis after some account history has been established.
Lifetime plans are services available for a one-time payment — there's no monthly/annual ongoing fee attached. Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the business.
We invest funds raised from lifetime plans for future, large capital expenditures (replacing server hardware, drives) and maintaining the service over the long term.
Per our terms of service, lifetime plans are not eligible for refunds of any sort. If that kind of commitment makes you uncomfortable please stick to the monthly/annual plans.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time — however, the pricing you pay for the upgrade will be the current pricing at that point in time, most likely higher than your original order.
If you're within your first 30 days of a standard plan, you can ticket our Sales department to request an upgrade to a Lifetime plan. We'll generate a custom invoice for the difference.
No, we do not offer lifetime reseller plans as the support overhead would be unsustainable. We do offer discounts on longer billing cycles (annual/biennial/triennial), so that's a good way to save on your reseller plan.
Our largest plans listed for sale are 10TB, but if you truly want something bigger we can definitely make it happen. Ticket our sales department with your storage needs and they'll be happy to provide pricing and generate an order for you.
