1 Your Privacy
1.1 — Personal / Contact Information
Clients' personal and contact information is never shared with any third party under any circumstance.
Such information is only disclosed to law enforcement when a court order mandates said release.
1.2 — Service Data & Privacy
Staff members cannot access client service contents without prior permission requested through the support system.
No data from a client's service will be recorded, saved, or archived without the client's knowledge and consent.
When services are cancelled or terminated, all associated data is permanently destroyed.
1.3 — Automated Backups
Services offering automated backups store them on secured servers until cancellation. Backup access requires explicit permission from the client.
All stored backups for a service are destroyed when a cancellation request or termination is processed.
2 Account Status & Retention
2.1 — Active Status
Accounts with at least one active service receive emails regarding services, support tickets, maintenance, and announcements.
2.2 — Inactive Status
Accounts without active services still receive support-related and general announcement emails.
These accounts may request closure if no unpaid invoices exist.
2.3 — Closed Status
Accounts inactive for 12 months automatically enter Closed Status, losing any account credit.
After 6 months in Closed Status, accounts are permanently deleted and all associated data removed.
