1 Abuse Definitions
1.1 — Resource Abuse
Resource abuse encompasses any activity—whether intentional or unintentional—that consumes significant system resources, thereby harming other clients or equipment.
1.2 — Unsolicited Communications
Unsolicited communications involve email sent without recipient consent.
Knowingly permitting or initiating unsolicited communications is grounds for immediate termination and a permanent ban from any future service.
1.3 — Malicious Content
Malicious content includes scripts, code, or files performing harmful actions to users or triggered in bulk operations. Content violating the laws of the service's host country is also prohibited.

2 Remedial Action
2.1 — Intentional / Malicious Abuse
Intentional or malicious usage involves actions knowingly performed by users or authorized parties that fit abuse definitions.
All services on the user's account will immediately be terminated without compensation. Users face a permanent prohibition from all future services.
Exception: When court orders require law enforcement evidence preservation.
2.2 — Order of Execution During Abuse Offenses
- 1 The offending service goes offline and enters suspension.
- 2 Support staff open a ticket detailing the violation and remediation steps.
- 3 Upon acknowledgment and understanding, services reactivate with a 24-hour correction window.
Failure to address abuse cases will result in service suspension, and in extreme cases, termination.
