Reseller hosting,
no cPanel tax.
DirectAdmin with reseller access, white-label by default. The same NVMe, LiteSpeed, and per-account resources as our cPanel plans, at a lower price.
Generous limits, no tuning required
AMD EPYC Genoa, NVMe, LiteSpeed, and Redis, with per-account CPU and RAM limits already set. The figures per plan are in the matrix under pricing.
AMD EPYC Genoa CPUs
DDR5 ECC memory per node
Redundant uplinks
Uptime
Protected from day one
Imunify360 and CloudLinux on every server, included in the plan. Every account you create is covered.
Malware Protection
Imunify360
Imunify360 stops malware, brute-force attempts, and known exploits at the server, before they reach a client site. Scanning and cleanup run automatically across every account you create.
MXFilter
Built In-House
Our own spam filter, free on every domain you host. Spam, phishing, and malware are stopped. Real mail still arrives. Resellers can put their own brand on it. See how MXFilter works →
Your brand, not ours
Generic hostnames and your own nameservers. Clients see your name, not NameCrane.
No Per-User Licensing
DirectAdmin licensing is not per account, so it does not climb with your client list. Plans carry an allowance from 25 to 500 accounts, listed in the matrix under pricing.
White-Label + Vanity DNS
Generic server hostnames and your own nameservers (ns1.yourbrand.com) on every plan, at no cost. Clients see your name, not ours.
Unlimited per account
Each account gets unlimited domains, mailboxes, and databases, with SSL issued automatically, and at least 2 cores and 4GB RAM to itself.
Overselling enabled by default
Sell more disk and bandwidth than the plan holds. We size servers on what accounts actually use, and if you get near a real limit we contact you first.
Blesta included, WHMCS discounted
Every reseller plan comes with a Blesta license. If you would rather run WHMCS, we sell it at a discount.
WHMCS
Discounted, From $8.29/mo
The billing system most of the hosting industry runs on, with modules for most registrars and gateways. Licensed per client, so the cost climbs as you grow. See the license tiers →
Blesta
Free, Normally $17.95/mo
A full Blesta license, normally $17.95 a month, is included with every reseller plan. No cap on active clients, and most of the source is unencoded. How the free license works →

No intro pricing
The rate you sign up at is the rate you renew at. No teaser price, no year-two jump.
Every plan includes
Total disk shared across every DirectAdmin account you create. You can oversell it, so this only needs to cover what clients actually use.
Unmetered on every plan. We do not bill overages or throttle you for a traffic spike.
How many DirectAdmin accounts you can create. The allowance is fixed per plan, so move up a tier when you outgrow it.
The CPU ceiling for one DirectAdmin account. A single client site cannot take more than this, however busy it gets.
Physical memory ceiling per DirectAdmin account. Going over it stops that account rather than affecting anyone else on the server.
Simultaneous requests one account can have in flight. Roughly how many visitors it serves at the same moment. Hitting the ceiling returns a 508 to new arrivals.
Every process an account can run at once, counting PHP workers, cron jobs, and shell sessions.
Disk read and write speed per account. We do not cap it, so a large import or backup runs at full speed.
Disk operations per second per account. Uncapped, which matters for database-heavy sites doing many small reads.
One inode is one file, folder, or email. There is no cap, but accounts above 400,000 inodes are skipped by the nightly backup.
Combined CPU use across all your accounts. Bursting above it on a busy day is fine. What matters is that your sustained average sits at or under this.
Combined memory in use across all your accounts, measured the same way as CPU. Short spikes are fine.
Sell more disk and bandwidth than the plan holds. Only real usage needs real capacity.
Full DirectAdmin reseller level. Create accounts, build your own packages, suspend, and manage every user you sell to.
Point ns1 and ns2 at your own domain. Clients never see NameCrane in their DNS.
Swap the DirectAdmin skin and branding for your own. Clients see your brand when they log in.
One dedicated IP is included on every plan. Extra IPs are $5 a month each.
Included free, normally $17.95 a month. Bills and provisions your clients.
About the free licenseFrom $8.29 a month, billed with your plan. The install has to be hosted with us.
License tiersAutomated transfers from your old host, cPanel or DirectAdmin, at no cost, one account at a time or the whole list.
When your old host blocks the automated pull, our team does the move for you.
Per domain, to external recipients, and fixed on reseller plans. CraneMail starts at 600 an hour and its limits can be raised.
See CraneMail plansMail leaves through our filtering relays, which keeps our sending IPs clean and client mail out of spam folders.
How we run our mail stackInbound filtering on every domain you host, tuned per domain. Included at no cost.
What MXFilter catchesSo receiving servers can check the mail really came from the client domain.
Per account, with no cap.
Send mail for one address on to another mailbox.
Mail in a browser, so a mailbox works before a mail client is set up.
Per account, each with its own users.
Separate sites and aliases inside one account.
Each pointed at its own folder.
Extra upload logins, each locked to one folder.
Genoa generation across the whole fleet, no older or mixed hardware.
ECC memory catches and corrects single bit errors before they reach your data.
Enterprise U.2 NVMe in RAID, so a drive can fail without data loss.
Dual 10Gbps uplinks per server, so one link or switch can drop without downtime.
Far less CPU per request than Apache, which matters when you pack accounts onto one plan.
Server-level caching built into LiteSpeed, for WordPress and most other CMS platforms.
Fewer round trips, so pages load faster.
A dedicated in-memory store that takes query load off MySQL on busy sites.
Issued and renewed automatically for every domain and subdomain.
Imunify360 scans continuously and cleans infected files in place.
Managed rulesets tuned for WordPress, Joomla, and the other usual targets, updated as new exploits appear.
WebShield blocks repeated login attempts before they reach the login page.
Blocks malicious PHP as it runs, catching what a file scan misses.
CloudLinux backports security fixes to end-of-life PHP, so a client on 5.6 is not running unpatched code.
Available on your reseller login and on every account you create.
Each account runs in its own container, so one client cannot read another's files or eat their resources.
PHP version per account or per domain, 5.x through 8.5. Extensions like IonCube switch on and off per site, no ticket needed.
On every account, from the command line.
Alongside PHP, with version selection per account.
Jailed shell access per account, with key authentication.
Schedule scripts per account, down to the minute.
WordPress, Magento, Laravel and several hundred others, installed and updated from the panel.
Nightly backups of files, databases, and mail, restorable from the panel without a ticket. Accounts over 400,000 inodes are skipped.
Kept on separate servers in another location, so a failure here does not take the restores with it.
Restore a whole account or a single file, without waiting on us.
Thirty daily restore points on every plan.
Tickets go straight to staff who can act on the server, not a first-line script.
Real reviews from real customers
From our Trustpilot page.
"I used to work in the hosting industry as a technician for one of the top hosting companies, so I have very high support standards. Namecrane never disappoints. Their technicians are top notch."
"The most exceptional customer support I have ever seen! Francisco picked the problem up less than a minute after being notified and had the whole service restored with a full data recovery in under 15 minutes."
"I ended up moving all of my hosting accounts off of my own servers over to NameCrane as NC provided far more features for less cost than me running my own infrastructure. Awesome folks, great services!"
Common questions
The questions we get before signup.
The concepts map cleanly. Packages, accounts, and DNS work the same way, and the reseller level is separated from the admin level as it is in WHM. If you get stuck, open a ticket.
From 25 to 500 depending on the plan. The figure for each plan is in the matrix above. Per-account CPU and RAM limits are already set, so there is nothing to configure.
No. Server hostnames are generic by default, and vanity nameservers (ns1.yourbrand.com, ns2.yourbrand.com) are included. The DirectAdmin login screen and panel carry your branding, not ours.
DirectAdmin is not licensed per account, so there is no per-account cost to pass on. Same NVMe, LiteSpeed, and network as the cPanel plans, at a lower price.
Yes, at no cost. Converting a cPanel account to DirectAdmin keeps domains, mail, databases, and DNS. Open a ticket after signup and our team does the move.
24/7 ticket support from sysadmins who can act on the server. Real answers on migrations, DNS, and deliverability, not a script.
Ready when you are.
Move your client list across, keep your own branding on it, and pay the same rate next year.
